Avalon CAB celebrates the King of Wine, Cabernet Sauvignon. We look to California’s top Cabernet Sauvignon regions including Napa Valley, Lodi and Paso Robles to craft a wine with bold fruit flavors of blackberry and plum followed by a long, supple finish.

Avalon Blend is made with California’s most exciting red varietals Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tannat and Petite Sirah. Big bold and jammy blackberry, cherry fruit flavors mingle with a hint of black peppers spice on the palate followed by supple tannins and a long smooth finish.
Born in Lodi from 35 to 70 year old vines, Four Vines Old Vine Zinfandel is ideal for backyard barbecue or pizza night. Dark berry and spicy notes entice the nose, while ripe plum, blackberry bramble and a touch of black pepper entertain the taste buds. Juicy and structured, this wine is well balanced with a long, velvety finish.
Brisk, refreshing and bold in its rejection of oak, Naked Chardonnay is the essence of sunny Santa Barbara. Luscious aromas and flavors shine bright without being hidden under a heavy cloud of oak. Naked was fermented in stainless steel to preserve the wine’s fruit character.
Paso Robles is a region for wine drinkers who aren’t intimidated by fruit-forward, complex wines that mean business. In the case of Four Vines Paso Cabernet, black raspberry, black cherry, cassis and tobacco flavors roar across the palate, creating the perfect pairing conditions for grilled steak and Mom’s meatballs.
BEX Riesling, grown in the Nahe Valley region of Germany, is fermented and aged in stainless steel to enhance the lovely floral and fruit characteristic of the wine. Aromas of orange blossom and apricot are followed by juicy flavors of mandarin orange and peach. Sip with spicy Asian dishes – yummy!!
Lucky Star Pinot Noir is sourced from cool climate growing regions including the Santa Lucia Highlands. These marine influenced vineyards help create a pinot noir that is crisp and complex yet. Lush berry aromas with hints of baking spice lead to a jammy red fruit palate. Medium in body, Lucky Star Pinot Noir has a round mouthfeel, smooth tannins and a lovely, lingering finish.
A blend of select Napa AVAs including Rutherford, Oakville and Oak Knoll District create a wine that is full of blackberry, blueberry, juicy plum and mocha aromas and flavors. Supple tannins with hints of Rutherford Dust are beautifully integrated with the rich fruit notes leading to a smooth and lingering finish.
